Release of the University’s Annual Magazine “Banani” at Maharaja Sriram Chandra Bhanjdeo University Baripada, Oct 10: The annual magazine “Banani” of Maharaja Sriram Chandra Bhanjdeo University was released by the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Pramod Kumar Satapathy. The release ceremony was organized at the Vice-Chancellor’s chamber. On this occasion, Chairman of the Postgraduate Council Professor Kamal Lochan Barik, Chief Editor of Banani and Professor of Sanskrit, Professor Hiralal Dash, and other members of the editorial board were present. The editorial team included Assistant Professor Dr. Swaroopananda Bisoyi (Department of Computer Applications), Assistant Professor Dr. Jatindranath Besra (Department of Santali), Assistant Professor Dr. Shishir Behera (Department of Odia Language and Literature), Dr. Bichitranath Sahu, and Assistant Professor Dr. Shubhani Rath (Department of Wildlife). In this annual issue of Banani, 40 articles in Odia, 7 in Hindi, 3 in Sanskrit, 30 in English, and 4 in Santali have been published. Vice-Chancellor Professor Satapathy described Banani as a fine reflection of the creativity and intellectual potential of the university’s students.
